How to improve salon appointment service by geolocation
El objetivo de este producto principalmente es dar a conocer nuevos productos de la marca con promociones de descuento y conversión de leads para ampliar sus BBDD.
Based on the Lean methodology, it was decided to carry out the hypothesis by devising a web app with a mobile-first design according to the client’s needs in order to offer an innovative and technological service that to date nothing similar existed.
Our PMV depended on the client’s own database of salons that wanted to participate in this campaign, giving the opportunity to get to know their beauty salon and offering an incentive to the user, in this case discounts on L’Oréal Professionnel treatments.
Seeing the results of the testing with the users themselves, a process of constant iteration was maintained until the webapp was improved and extended to other brands within L’Oréal Professionnel such as Pro Fiber and Privilegios Pelo 10.
A web app designed in first mobile with a very simple navigation, where users can make an appointment according to their geolocation at that moment in one of the nearest beauty salons and download a discount coupon for hair treatment to be redeemed on that day.
